Technology is undeniably part of our lives. It is inevitable that technology has made our lives more convenient than ever before in the history of mankind.

We are with no doubt more connected with people from around the world. We have access to information incredibly faster, countless aspects of our lives is now more simpler than before. We can order groceries with a tap of our fingers, navigate unfamiliar cities with GPS, and even have some sort of a conversation with AI-powered chatbots.

These conveniences are indeed valuable and have made our lives easier and more efficient. However, it's equally important to take a step back and explore moments of discomfort, challenges, and even moments of solitude to help us truly understand who we are and how we navigate the world around us.

Can you still see there are several benefits in the discomfort, slowness, and making effort for gaining access to information and/or services?

While technology has enhanced our lives in numerous ways, it's crucial to recognise the significance of stepping out of our comfort zones. Embracing discomfort and doing things we may not initially enjoy leads us to self-discovery and helps us to understand who we are, what are our strengths and weaknesses, understanding our values and our true passions.

It's during these moments of discomfort that we often unearth hidden talents and interests we never knew existed.

Instead of being all the time reliant on the quick answers technology provides, we must tap into our own creativity and ingenuity. This challenges us to develop critical thinking and decision-making abilities, which are essential for personal and professional growth.

We often forget there is still a World full of wonder and answer beyond the screens and conveniences of technology. We often forget to discover our true selves when we face difficulties head-on. We often forget to tap into our intuition to gain an authentic deeper understanding of our values and beliefs.
