Do you ever feel you are constantly living with suffering and anxiety despite all the work you are doing on yourself? Are you constantly facing with situations, storms and discomfort in your daily life?


If you are constantly facing with situations, storms and discomfort in your daily life, let me remind you that this is not Ok. And in case you have forgotten it is not normal!

When chaos leads our life, there is a choice to step into the chaos or avoid the storm. The chaos is so familiar to us, that we unconsciously choose to avoid confrontation with it and choose to keep staying in the discomfort of the chaos, anxiety and noise.

Without knowing we suddenly live in the constants state of clutter and chaos. And eventually this becomes so normal that we forget what it feels like to live without suffering and discomfort.

We are so used to feeding our fears and anxiety with more noise and chaos that we forget we have the liberty to choose that we can take a step to get closer to the calm that resides.

The truth is, we have the power to choose a different path, one that leads to inner peace and presence.

We forget that we have the power of intention and breath to guide us through the chaos and emerges on the other side.

In reality underneath the feelings of fear and discomfort there lies another realm of self and being waiting to be discovered. A connection to our true essence. By choosing to walk into the turbulence we can we turn the unknown clutter of fear and anxiety into another step towards the other side of the storm.


Each step we take, the fear becomes smaller and lighter. Simply said we are not meant to suffer, we are not meant to collect things after things and walk with heaviness and closed heart. We are beings of light with tools like breath and intention that guide us through the most challenging journeys.

By simply walking into chaos, we realise that the fear and avoidance was keeping us away from knowing and encountering the truth of our deep-seated and peaceful self.

If you got to this point, here is the reminder that facing the clatter around you cannot be avoided and every time you are stepping in to the storm of your emotions, stress, and feelings, you learn more and more to separate yourself from identifying with the chaos that is presence.

This is a reminder for you to keep choosing to step deeper and deeper toward and through, so that you come closer to experience the true essence of you and how powerful your being is.
